Operational handbook
Discipline before force.
The working standard for every Fixer representing this Association—from first acceptance to field command.
Article I · Conduct
The Association name travels with you.
These six rules apply on and off duty whenever a member can be identified with the Liu Association.

Protect the name
Act in line with a Liu Fixer on and off duty. Conduct that tarnishes the Association may result in removal.

Do not pressure command
Do not harass High Command for rank-ups, training, special treatment, or personal benefit.
- 1.03
Observe the whitelist
Follow the dress code, accessory rules, and weapon whitelist whenever representing the Association.

Do not desert warfare
Once committed to official warfare, abandoning the operation simply to avoid a wipe is not accepted.

No unauthorized war pings
Warfare pings exist for declared conflict, not for provoking personal disputes or starting unofficial fights.

Respect command
Respect section seniority, event leadership, and the Association chain of command.
Article II · Progression
Skill creates responsibility.
Members enter at Section 6. Advancement is evaluated by Captain rank and above using combat ability, judgement, event participation, and training activity—not time served alone.

Runs day-to-day operations, hosts events, negotiates contracts, and evaluates promotions.

Leads frontline deployments, sets the battle plan, and holds command over the field formation.

Supports the Captain, relays field orders, and takes command of a frontline unit when required.

Section 1
Trusted to turn the course of a battle through exceptional combat ability and judgement.

Handles multiple opponents and demonstrates proficiency across individual and team combat.
Experienced Fixer
Section 3
Integrates smoothly into team compositions and begins mastering the Association's philosophy.

Section 4
Has reached an adequate individual skill level and is expected to develop reliable team combat.
Junior Fixer
Section 5
Has demonstrated activity and understanding of the ranking system; now proves individual capability.
New Fixer
Section 6
The initial section after acceptance. Requires basic combat competency and familiarity with office procedure.
Article III · Events
Every gathering has a purpose.
Event structure makes expectations visible before the first order is given.
Combat training
Individual drills and team battles focused on mechanical skill, communication, and discipline under pressure.
Joint training
Exercises with other factions that expose Fixers to unfamiliar styles and test adaptability.
Lore preparation
Briefings and drills that establish expected discipline, presentation, and Association philosophy before lore events.
Special events
Lower-pressure community events, cross-faction activities, and custom formats intended to bring the Association together.
Event authority
Know who holds the room.
- Host
- Schedules the event, secures resources, and carries final authority for its duration.
- Co-host
- Supports the host and can assume control if the host must leave.
- Event leader
- Directs a team or defined portion of an event under the host's plan.
- Participant
- Follows instructions, moves promptly, and avoids disrupting the event.
- Private server host
- Provides access without interfering unless assigned an operational role.
Article IV · Contracts
Terms first. Deployment second.
Contracts move through one documented route so the office can judge risk, availability, and expectations before committing.

Open a contract ticket
State the job, expected opposition, desired attendance, and any time constraints clearly enough for an officer to assess the request.

Officer review
An officer reviews the terms, negotiates details where necessary, and determines whether the office can accept the assignment.

Contract posting
Once approved, the assignment is posted for eligible Fixers with the operational details established by command.
Article V · Public relations
Represent the Association deliberately.
Appearance, equipment, and conduct form one public standard during operations.

Wear an approved Liu Association outfit and only the accessories cleared for the event and your rank.

Carry an approved Burn weapon, typeless weapon, or a weapon specifically cleared through Ignite access.

Keep disagreements out of public operations; ask an officer to resolve conduct or whitelist questions.
- 04
Do not start unofficial ganks, carry personal grudges into deployments, or use the office name to provoke others.
- 05
Remain neutral between allied groups unless the wrongdoing is clear and command has directed a response.
- 06
Treat public discipline as part of the contract: no toxicity, ego contests, or deliberate damage to the Association's name.
Article VI · Formations
Order should be readable at a glance.
Hold spacing, follow the leading rank, and wait for the host or field leader to dismiss the formation.

Shoulder to shoulder
One stud between members · maximum ten per line
A horizontal inspection or briefing line. From the commander's view, sections are arranged right to left: Section 1, Sections 3–2, then Sections 6–4, with approved accessories considered in placement.
SFL
Single file line
Approximately 1.5 studs between members
A compact movement or inspection file. Maintain consistent spacing and leave the line only when directed.
MFL
Multiple file lines
Parallel files with matching intervals
Used when one line cannot hold the deployment. Each file follows the same spacing and remains aligned with the leading rank.
WEDGE
Wedge formation
Command and senior ranks toward the front
A forward-facing field arrangement that keeps experienced members where they can set direction and pace for the formation.
Warfare record
No operational procedure filed.
The supplied handbook reserves a warfare section but does not contain a procedure. No rules have been invented to fill that gap; follow direct command until an approved record is issued.
